Strategy calls and consultations scheduled through our website are provided as part of our sales process and do not constitute a professional consulting engagement until a formal agreement is executed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for all Services are set out in the applicable service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are due in accordance with the schedule outlined in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement
• Late payments may be subject to interest or suspension of services
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Confidentiality

During the course of an engagement, both parties may share confidential business information. DC Consulting Group agrees to keep client information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Services.

By sharing your practice's information with us, you grant DC Consulting Group permission to use that information solely for the purpose of delivering your contracted Services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, campaign materials, and software — is the property of DC Consulting Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without prior written permission from DC Consulting Group.

Marketing materials, campaign assets, landing pages, and similar deliverables created by DC Consulting Group for a client engagement are licensed to that client for use during the engagement unless full ownership is explicitly transferred in writing.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

In delivering our Services, we may use third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads and Google Ads), CRM tools, scheduling software, and email marketing platforms. Your use of services that involve these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and advertising policies.

DC Consulting Group is not responsible for changes in third-party platform policies that may affect campaign performance or service delivery.

Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
